Q: Can I use the SD slot and TF slot at the same time?

A: No. The two slots cannot be used simultaneously. Please use them one after the other (insert one card, finish the task, remove it, then insert the other). This is a hardware design limitation, not a product defect.

Q: What disc formats are supported?

A: Supported for writing: CD-R, CD-RW, DVD±R, DVD±RW, DVD±R DL (double layer). Supported for reading: CD-ROM, DVD-ROM. Blu-ray is not supported.
