30-Day Return Policy

At Modern-Market, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition as when received.

• Be returned in its original packaging.

• Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards

• Downloadable software or digital products

• Customized or personalized products

• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"

How to Initiate a Return

• Your order number

• The reason for the return

Our support team will respond with return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (incorrect, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

• For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
