Shipping method & time
Conclusion
Shipping Term:
1, Please make sure your shipping address is correct. A telephone phone number is needed for express and safe delivery. If the shipping address is remote service by courier, there will have extra courier remote service charge at about 40USD.
2,We will send the goods in 3 days after payment verified (during hot sales season, the shipping time may be a little longer, but we can confirm best and high quality for the product all of time,).
Any import charge is on your side, we are not responsible with any duty or Tax out of China. It is duty of the buyer to pay customs charge.
3, We are not responsible for any accidents, delays or other issues that are the responsibility of the shipping service.
4, We will double test the goods to ensure that products can work well before we send the goods , we will responsible for the problem in China Customs ,and the buyer should responsible for the problem in buyer's country Customs.
5, Notice that if the item is unclaimed after five days at the Post Office to cause the parcel is returned back,We will not refund the shipping cost.
About Warranty:
All products are under one year warranty. (Excluding the accessories).
We offer free repair service for quality problem in first year after purchase, and buyer pay 2 ways shipping cost.
The spare parts and accessories are not under warranty.
If the item is defective on its arrival, the customer has 3 days to from the receipt date to exchange a new one. We just pay one way shipping charge from China to you, and we will reship the replaced one to you.
Please must check the package on its arrival in front of the courier.If you find the parcel is damaged or the device is broken, please refuse to sign for the parcel and contact us ASAP. We also need your proof document from the shipping company to prove that the parcel is damaged on its arrival, and then we can claim again the shipping company for compensation. Otherwise we do not accept any claims for compensation from the buyer.
Return policy:
Please contact us within 3 days for return after you receive the shipment. Contact in 3 days after receipt of goods is necessary for refund on the order.
Items returned after 30 days of delivery are only eligible for repair free.
We decline all responsibility for any damage during the return shipping.
After our receipt of the returned product, we can offer a replacement or make reasonable refund.
The products printed with buyer's brand name can not be replaced with new one, but offer free repair.
